I come to you again, within 48 hours of 3 children being brutally murdered, to report civil unrest in Southport. Residents consumed with anger have taken to the streets, initially to demonstrate their discontent with the way the authorities are handling this incident and the protection of Britain and her citizens.
However, that discontent has turned to blood boiling anger, after the police arrest another man armed with what appears to be a knife walking to the vigil of shocked residents. This has resulted in clashes with the police. Whilst it has become apparent, that the local police authority have released statements gaslighting the situation, this is by no means an excuse for civil disobedience and for scenes of rioting and more importantly criminal damage.
My views regarding the despicable acts of violence towards those innocent children, was clearly voiced in my article ‘Liberalists and leftist children’s blood is on your hands’. In that article I called for restraint and allow the authorities to conduct their investigation. Unfortunately that plea has fallen on death ears.
Outrage to acts of violence, is by no means Carte Blanche to completely disrespect the rule of law and fuel vigilante justice. As a parent / grandparent , I can completely sympathise with the unbridled anger of the local residents, but as a law undergraduate, I condemn their actions completely. Their behaviour, is a total disrespect to the rule of law and more importantly the memory of the three innocent angels, who so tragically lost their lives.
These thoughtless barbarians, have injured more than 50 officers, an action that can never be condoned. They are also harming a movement of patriotic individuals called unite the kingdom, who work tirelessly to help and inform the British people, how the establishment are selling you the native Brits, down the river. Highlighting establishment policy of discrimination, corruption and favouritism to radical sections of society. As shown by variation of the police’s response to the riot in Leeds and the one last night in Southport.
Now we have a new Labour government. Agreeably, they have inherited the problems created by the Tories and have not been in power long enough to exact change. However, I cannot ever remember, any member of the Labour shadow cabinet speaking out against immigration, and cultural diversity. So I can only conclude that they were in total agreement and intend to continue in the same vein.
Furthermore, the presence of both Keir Starmer and Yvette Cooper, at the site of the vicious attack in Southport laying flowers, sickened me to the pit of my stomach, this is an insult to memory of these poor innocents and the nation as a whole. It is their liberalist and leftists party views, on immigration, integration and diversity, that are the true cause of these children’s deaths. Mr Starmer in particular was heckled at the site, which incidentally the ITV news censored from its report. ITV hang your head in shame.
Whilst on the topic of government, one of the units of research when studying law is: the role of the branches of government, the Royal Prerogative and the constitution. Part of this information highlights, that anyone working in public service has a statutory duty of care. This includes MP’s and their representatives. The duty of care is described, as any action that has an inevitable harmful outcome, public servants have a legal duty to limit or prevent the harmful action happening, as stated in constitutional acts of Parliament. Failure to act is punishable under both civil and criminal laws. Commonly known as a breach of statutory duty.
Our current problems are by no means this, the last or even the government before those, fault. This goes back many years and in my opinion the result of Tony Blair’s government. However the main issue is that the government’s in succession, have done nothing to resolve this state of affairs. It is therefore my opinion, that they are all in breech of their statutory duty and should resign their posts.
Continuing on the theme of fault, the British media, notably the likes of Sky news, the BBC and the Daily Mirror, are by no means innocent, posting lies, deceit and more importantly propaganda, regarding the motives of the rioters, calling them far right thugs and members of the EDL an organisation disbanded a decade ago. One can only assume this is an attempt to to incite criminal behaviour, which strangely enough is a criminal offence itself.
However I doubt it very much that the CPS will be levying charges of incitement, against any media outlets. On a more personal note, I do have a message for mainstream media. Seriously hang your heads in shame, you are all a part of the current problem and a disgrace to the country.
To highlight the belief of collusion between the establishment and the media to incite violence, I have received a video clip from a reliable source, that I have used on a number of occasions. That clearly shows police officers allowing two individuals flying the flag of Palestine whilst using the salute of Hamas, which is a violation of S1b and S1c of the Terrorism Act 2000. The 2 individuals were actually escorted by the police, marching past a peaceful rally in London that was held by the movement unite the kingdom. I’m sorry but in my opinion this was a clear attempt to incite violence. A link to the video is provided below you can make up your own mind.
With the above being said, I call on you all to remain peaceful and respect the rule of law. Whilst there are some in our society who believe enough is enough, I appeal to you the most, the law will prevail. Use your common sense, the establishment and the media want you to behave like thugs, so they can report that white British natives, are nothing more than far right nationalist racists, ignorant and uneducated Plebs, their words. Unfortunately the uneducated are them, with their unjust policies British culture is all but eradicated.
